Great Storage Bench for the End of Your Bed

Recieved the item broken and defective. The frame for the hatches was split and the rear panel didn't have the holes to attach it. I contacted Linon and after some phone tag got to speak to a real person. Told the gentleman what was broke and defective. He said they would replace the parts and ship them no charge. I had the replacement parts in two days. Great Customer Service. Other companies should follow their example. I would definitely buy another Linon product.More detail ...
